Founding dealership pilot · Hyundai Escondido

Turn Meta spend into attributed showroom opportunity.

A local acquisition system that creates the ads, routes the leads, and shows leadership—in real time—what became an appointment and what became a sale.

The $2,000 rate is temporary: it applies only during the Meta ads proof-of-concept. Once the agreed ROI is demonstrated, ongoing Meta ads management moves to $4,000 per month. Both rates cover the same complete management scope—strategy, scripting, filming with a professional videographer, campaign management and optimization, qualified-lead tracking, and the live custom CRM with ROI reporting. Organic content and Meta media funding remain separate.

The executive case

Not more marketing activity. A system leadership can inspect.

Hyundai Escondido already has inventory, a sales team, and a recognizable brand. The pilot is designed to add a measurable demand layer around those assets—not replace the dealership’s existing operation.

Built from dealership-floor experience

Digita Media has already produced organic automotive content inside Aaron Ford of Escondido. That experience matters: dealership pace, inventory changes, approvals, sales-team participation, and the difference between content that looks active and marketing that creates an accountable opportunity.

The advantage is not learning dealerships from the outside. It is building the paid system with real local operating context.

The operating system

From the offer to the sales floor, with fewer blind spots.

Each stage has an owner, a measurable handoff, and a feedback loop. The CRM connection is scoped around Hyundai Escondido’s current tools and the access those systems support.

01

Offer

Choose the vehicle, audience, and reason to act now.

02

Creative

Build ad angles and assets around the approved offer.

03

Lead

Capture intent with a focused Meta lead experience.

04

Follow-up

Route quickly, track contact, and surface stalled leads.

05

Outcome

Connect appointments and sold feedback to campaign decisions.

Pilot scope

Everything required to test the acquisition engine.

The temporary $2,000 monthly proof-of-concept is exclusively for the complete Meta ads management service. It covers strategy, scripting, professional on-site filming, campaign management, ongoing optimization, qualified-lead tracking, and the live custom CRM. Once the agreed ROI is demonstrated, that same Meta management service continues at $4,000 per month. Organic is a separate optional service, and Meta ad spend is paid separately.

WORKSTREAM 01

Campaign architecture

Offer selection, campaign structure, audiences, geographic controls, budget pacing, and launch QA.

WORKSTREAM 02

Scripting + professional production

Ad angles, hooks, complete scripts, on-site filming with a professional videographer, editing, and iterative creative testing using dealership-approved offers.

WORKSTREAM 03

Live custom CRM + attribution

Lead delivery, response-time tracking, appointment and sold-status visibility, and a live ROI dashboard connected to the dealership workflow wherever its systems allow.

WORKSTREAM 04

Lead-quality optimization

Manage toward qualified buyer intent—not raw lead volume—using sales-team feedback, campaign adjustments, creative decisions, and verified downstream outcomes.

Pricing transition: $2,000 per month is the limited proof-of-ROI pilot rate. When the agreed ROI is demonstrated and Hyundai continues, Meta ads management becomes $4,000 per month beginning with the next term.

Included with Meta management: the live custom CRM bridge and executive ROI dashboard carry no additional Digita management fee. Final automation depends on the dealership platform’s API, permissions, and data-access rules; required third-party licensing or access fees remain separate.

Custom CRM showcase

One operating view for marketing, leads, approvals, and sold outcomes.

Open live CRM showcase

This working concept demonstrates what Hyundai Escondido’s private command center could look like. The final dashboard will be fine-tuned around the dealership’s workflow, existing systems, reporting priorities, and approval roles.

01 · COMMAND CENTERLeadership sees the entire system

Media investment, attributed gross, lead volume, appointments, alerts, and channel performance in one view.

02 · ROI TRACKEREvery sold unit closes the loop

Compare spend with verified outcomes, inspect conversion leaks, and see which channels deserve the next dollar.

03 · CONTENT APPROVALSNothing publishes without approval

Organic posts and paid ads remain pending until the authorized dealership approver accepts them or requests changes.

Built to Hyundai’s specifications: these screens are a showcase—not a locked template. Final navigation, fields, integrations, permissions, alerts, approval roles, and reporting will be configured with dealership leadership before launch. Live results will populate only from verified dealership and advertising data.

Verified content approval

Owner-level control without slowing down production.

Hyundai chooses exactly who has final approval authority—the owner, general manager, marketing director, or another designated approver. Digita handles the work; the dealership keeps final control.

01Digita submits

Organic content or paid-ad creative arrives with copy, placement, and proposed timing.

02Approver reviews

The authorized person sees the final asset and every publishing detail from the same page.

03Approve or revise

Approve and release it to scheduling, or request changes with clear feedback.

04Decision is recorded

The system keeps a timestamped approval history so both teams stay aligned.

No organic post or paid advertisement is published without the dealership’s verified approval.

The direct June 2024 to March 2026 comparison is an approximately 87% decline—about 23,074 fewer accounts reached. March covers 20 days; even projecting the same pace across 31 days produces approximately 5.3K reach, still about 80% below the June 2024 pre-strategy baseline.

Six posts generated 6,811 organic views, but reached only about 3,400 accounts after Digita Media’s departure.

What this evidence proves—and what it does not.

It proves Digita Media can create dealership content that earns attention in the local automotive market. Some later posts were also distributed as ads, and Meta’s older exports do not always preserve a usable organic/ad breakdown. Because ad spend and lead data were not available, no CPL, appointment, sold-unit, or paid-media ROI claim is being made from the Aaron Ford screenshots. The Hyundai pilot is designed to capture those missing metrics from day one.

Paid-media ROI model

See how the actual Meta funding changes the economics.

Adjust ad spend and Hyundai’s real sales assumptions. This is an illustrative planning tool—not a performance promise—and it automatically includes the monthly services selected below.

Meta media spend is entered separately above. Organic, when selected, is included in total investment but no direct organic sales are invented or claimed.

The model uses the temporary $2,000/month Meta pilot rate. After agreed ROI is demonstrated, ongoing Meta ads management becomes $4,000/month.

Build the engagement

Select the services. See the investment instantly.

Leadership can compare the paid-media proof of concept with a fully managed organic program. Every organic option is handled end to end by Digita Media.

The $2,000 price applies only until the agreed ROI is demonstrated. Ongoing Meta ads management then becomes $4,000/month. Organic content and Meta media funding are separate.

Included: Digita manages the complete creative and advertising process and optimizes toward qualified buyer-intent leads using verified dealership feedback. The live custom CRM and ROI dashboard carry no additional Digita management fee. Required third-party software or platform access remains separate.

Choose a publishing pace. The dealership does not have to produce or post the content.

Proposed next step

A 30-minute working session with the people who own the numbers.

Bring the current Meta setup, CRM owner, typical front-end gross assumptions, and the inventory or offer Hyundai Escondido most wants to move. Digita Media will leave with the inputs required to finalize the pilot brief.

02Map lead routing and CRM access
